THE IDEA // Privacy, The Original Quiet Luxury
In a world built on constant access, I’ve been thinking about the quiet elegance of withholding. Of keeping + creating something just for yourself — sacred, unseen, unshared. This piece is a meditation on the grace of privacy, not as secrecy, but as sovereignty. A love letter to what remains yours alone.

The PODCAST // Thought to Thing
This one’s for those looking for conversations with depth. A podcast by Maia Benaim who doesn’t hold back + tends to speak to my soul in everything she shares. Think inner architect of your reality, Thought to Thing is podcast that merges frequency of the highest vibes, clarity + creativity that transcends any sort of judgement. Grounded but expansive; it’s perfect for those days when you’re calling something new in but not in a fluffy manifesting way.
The DOCUMENTARY // Avicii: I’m Tim
Tender, raw, unforgettable. It stays with you long after watching. A beautiful portrait of Tim Bergling beyond the stage — his sensitivity, his struggle, his genius. And the way in which fame + the pressure to belong to everyone but him, it’s a reminder of how precious it is to truly see someone. I found this so deeply sad of how the pressures of all that is external can not only rob us of a life we love but a life truly lived. Available on Netflix.
The ARTICLE // Ignoring the Yellow Brick Road by Lois MacKenzie
A soft yet powerful read. I love everything Lois MacKenzie writes. This is about veering off-script. About listening to the quiet voice within instead of chasing the “right” thing of what’s expected or perceived to be expected of us. This piece lingers — equal parts poetry + perspective shifting.

The MOVIE // The Last Showgirl
A story about reinvention, rhythm, + the beauty of owning your own stage — no matter what age you are. Nostalgic in feel, but thoroughly now. A little sparkle with a lot of soul. Pamela Anderson is incredible.
The BOOK // Play It As It Lays by Joan Didion
I love anything + everything Joan Didion. Didion’s prose is always a masterclass, but this one cut deeper. Stark, spare, emotionally exact. A book about disconnection in a world that won’t stop performing. I read it recently + was completely undone by it. Loved every word, every page till the very end.
The RECIPE // Chocolate + Olive Oil Mousse by Tim Spector
Two simple ingredients, endless depth. A little bitter, a little rich, yet totally satisfying. This one feels like a ritual, not just a recipe + one that supports your gut too. I love what Tim Spector brings to the world for the betterment of our health + guts alike. Find it here
The WELL-BEING PRACTICE // Neurofeedback with Braincode Centers
A beautiful recalibration. This has been part of my personal wellness practice recently + I’m beginning to understand a deepening calm. It’s like giving your brain a breath — returning to stillness through science. I highly recommend. You can read more about Neurofeedback here + what is specifically does.
The PLACE // Home
Right now, that place is here in our home — in spring, in stillness, in the countryside. Waking up to the birds singing, having space to embrace the beauty of what surrounds us. There’s something magic in the newness of nature too as everything comes into bloom. Living slowly, feeling deeply, remembering what truly matters. Home feels like everything to me.
The BRAND // BOTANÉ
I’ve never been one for artificial florals — until BOTANÉ. Sculptural, elegant, quietly dramatic. They bring a softness to the space that feels more like art than arrangement. Unexpectedly in love with this incredibly beautiful brand. Discover more at BOTANÉ
